It’s no secret that Dyslexia can make spelling more difficult. But did you know that it can also make reading more difficult? That’s right, Dyslexia can affect both reading and spelling abilities. If your child is in grade 1 and struggling with spelling, it could be a sign of Dyslexia.
Dyslexia is a real situation that can add difficulty to both reading and spelling. If your child is having trouble with spelling, there are a few things you can do to help. First, make sure they are getting plenty of practice.
Encourage them to read as much as possible and to practice spelling words.
You can also help them by teaching them spelling strategies, such as breaking words down into smaller chunks or using mnemonic devices. If you suspect your child may have Dyslexia, it’s important to get them assessed by a professional. Early intervention is key to helping children with Dyslexia succeed.
The KEY is to Learn Dyslexia Variations yourself!

Since beginning school, your child has been learning to read and spell. But what happens when your child struggles with spelling, even after being taught correctly?
This can be a sign of dyslexia, a real situation that adds difficulty to spelling. Dyslexia occurs in children who have normal intelligence and normal vision.
It is not a result of laziness or a lack of motivation. It is a neurological disorder that affects the way the brain processes information. Dyslexia can make reading more difficult.
But with the right support, children with dyslexia can learn to read and spell as well as their peers. If you think your child may have dyslexia, talk to your child’s teacher or school counselor.
Grade 1 Dyslexia can be difficult. Thankfully the Dyslexia Variations exist in the book Exact Dyslexia. This can give you more information and help you get the support your child needs.
